Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), the parent company of Truth Social, is venturing into cryptocurrency with plans to launch a native utility token and digital wallet. The initiative aims to bolster monetization across its expanding media and financial ecosystem, according to a shareholder letter released ahead of its 2025 annual meeting.

The company, linked to former U.S. President Donald Trump, reaffirmed its commitment to providing an uncensored alternative to mainstream social media. Its streaming service, Truth+, already offers family-safe content. The proposed token and wallet system could further integrate rewards and financial services into the platform.
